The Federal Way Public Market will feature local vendors, fresh food, handmade goods, and community events—celebrating the diversity and spirit of our region. It will be a place for community celebrations of all kinds and a permanent home for our beloved Federal Way Farmers Market. The Market will also feature small restaurants, a brew pub, and a rooftop deck. Spanning two floors and 50,000 sq. ft., the Market will offer small meeting spaces and a commercial kitchen.
More than just a marketplace, this space is designed to serve as a cultural and economic hub—bringing people together, supporting small businesses, and creating new opportunities for connection and growth. A business accelerator will help those with great ideas, but not much experience get started in the Market.
The Federal Way Public Market, situated next to the Federal Way Downtown Link light rail station will be transformative for Federal Way and the South Sound. Our contractor, Aaron Zaretsky, was a director of the Pike Place Market for 15 years and has helped develop over 65 public markets worldwide.
